Bouwe Brouwer
Untitled

A man on the lookout. Bouwe Brouwer’s creative piece of photography “Peeking Man” could be a still from a classic Alfred Hitchcock film. So it’s safe to say, this piece of work is inspired by Hitchcock’s craft. By denying the audience essential information and rather focusing the attention on the mysterious “other” in the center of the photograph, the invisible becomes visible and at the same time the object of his subjective preferences.
